In the production process of stamping parts, the processing problem of the threaded holes of the thin plates is often encountered. The tapping of the ordinary taps on the rocker drill presses makes the qualified rate of the threads only 30% to 50%, which seriously affects the product quality. A through hole of 1 to 2 mm larger than the nominal size of the thread is machined in the threaded hole portion, and a clamping device is provided at an appropriate portion to make the part and the auxiliary member form a rigid body, thereby effectively improving the rigidity of the system.
