1 , using the regular production plant cutting sheet;

2. Check whether the saw blade is tightened on the machine and check whether all links are open.

3 , the machine will run at full speed when cutting;

4. When using a new cutting disc, it needs to idle for at least 60 seconds;

5. When the slice is cut and cut at the incision during cutting, this can effectively reduce the high temperature generated during cutting and reduce the residues left at the incision at high temperature;

6 , always keep cutting the minimum cross section when cutting the rail;

7 , the same incision, please use the same cut in the end. Using a new slice to cut an unfinished cut may create a danger of jamming the saw blade and causing it to break.

8. Please do not use broken or damaged saw blades to avoid danger;

9 , please store the cutting piece in a dry environment;

10. The most effective cutting method is swing cutting without additional pressure.

Five, K1270Rail saw rail daily maintenance guide

1 , belt adjustment

The new machine should readjust the belt after cutting for 15-20 minutes. After every 3-4 times of mixing, the belt must be readjusted.

2 , air filter - paper filter

Replace the paper filter only after the power of the engine has dropped.

3 , ignition system inspection

Check spark plug status periodically. If there is excessive carbon deposit, please scrape the top carbon deposit with thin bamboo pieces; if the ignition gap is too large, please replace it in time;

Start the engine with starter and check spark plug for sparks.

4 , check the spark plug cylinder line is damaged, if damaged, please replace it.

5 , adjust the pull rope tension.

6. The fuel filter is replaced once a year.

7. When the work is completed, it should be cleaned with water.
