Japan Tailuo Superhard Tools Co., Ltd. has introduced a BXM10 tool embedded with cubic boron nitride coating, which is more suitable for turning hard metal materials.
The new tool features the latest multiple coatings and substrates. The BXM10 tool is more wear resistant and can process harder steel materials at ultra-high speeds of 2,700 to 2,900 rpm. The new BXM10 is capable of continuous cutting and speeds of up to 100 to 300 meters per minute, making it easy to achieve a depth of 0.5 mm after cutting. The new product offers five positive side geometry face-cutting methods, each with a choice of different angle radii and different technical application wipes. Different styles of cubic boron nitride inserts can achieve timely removal of metal chips and heat dissipation, thus effectively extending the service life of the tool.
The new range offers two or three cutting edges, allowing end users to reduce the cost and better process harder steel materials.
