We have the fixed Long-term cooperation factory. Which is mainly produce kinds magnet. We have invested much funds for some equipment, for example injection molding machine.
And Our technology is introduced from Japan and Germany. The major technical leader in our factory is from Japan and has been studying this field for over 15 years.   Wish our best technology can solve your production problems.
1. Product Details
NdFeB permanent magnetic material:NdFeB is the most powerful commercial magnets at present. That why it is called the "King of Magnets",Its (BH)max is 10 times higher than Ferrite magnets. The NdFeB itself is easy to machining. Its highest working temperature reaches 200ºC,It has the advantage of stable performance, hard texture, and very cost effective, hence it is widely implemented,But the downside of is,Its very active to chemical reactions,so we need to treat it surface with coationgs or plationg (Eg.Zn plating,Ni plating,Electrophoresis, etc)
