Li Jun, deputy director of the Xicheng District Tourism Bureau, said that the price of electronic tickets is uniform, and the income of various scenic spots and folk reception households will be settled through the billing system, so that "black tour guides" and "black reception households" cannot increase prices arbitrarily.
To further standardize Hutong tours, some roads in the Shicha Seaview Area will be renovated, with additional roadside chairs and tricycle stops. After being re-tendered, Hutongyou vehicles will use special logos and new appearances to distinguish the "black three wheels". In addition, a wireless receiving device will be installed along the Shichahai Hutong Tour Line. Tourists using the "One Card" can listen to the tour guide words in multiple languages ​​through the receiving device.
