If any abnormal situation is found, stop the pump immediately and check it out. 4, inverted pump operation: 1) Press the start of the inspection and start the operation steps to start the backup pump. 2) After the standby pump is started, the valve should be shut down slowly, and the outlet valve of the standby pump should be slowly opened at the same time so that the pressure fluctuation in the main line can be controlled within the specified range. Stop the valve according to the requirements. 5, stop pump operation: 1) the pump outlet valve slowly closed. 2) pay attention to the main line pressure, dry pressure to maintain stability. 3) Press the stop button to stop the pump. 6, tour inspection should pay attention to: 1) Check the pump for liquid. 2) Check the lubrication, see the lubricant level is appropriate. 3) Check the cooling water conditions, water pressure requirements within the specified range. 4) Check and adjust the packing leakage, the amount of leakage is within the specified range, packing box temperature shall not exceed 70 ℃. 5) The instructions of the instrument is normal. 6) Check the ministries pipeline valve is missing, with special attention to the intake pipe is not allowed to intake, so as not to affect the pump to work properly. 7) sliding bearing temperature shall not exceed 70 ℃, rolling bearing temperature shall not exceed 80 ℃. 8) Check pump vibration is not exceeded. 9) The flowmeter put into operation, observe its flow.
