According to the China Pesticide Network , in order to examine the effect of Wuyincin on strawberry powdery mildew, the Institute of Plant Protection of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences conducted an indoor spore germination inhibition test and a field efficacy test.
The results of indoor spore germination inhibition test showed that Wuyin could inhibit the germination of strawberry powdery mildew spores, and its EC50 value was 9.5506 μg/ml, which was higher than the chemical pesticide difenoconazole 7.2518 μg/ml. The results of field efficacy test showed that 2% Wuyincin aqueous solution had good control effect on strawberry powdery mildew, and the effect of 300 times liquid against strawberry powdery mildew was equivalent to that of 10% difenoconazole water dispersible granule 600 times liquid. The control effect of 200 times liquid was significantly higher than that of 10% difenoconazole water dispersible granule 600 times, and had no effect on the growth and development of strawberry itself.
The above tests show that Wuyincin has a good preventive effect on strawberry powdery mildew, and can provide a basis for the prevention and control of strawberry powdery mildew and scientific medicine.
As of August 4, 2013, Wuyimycin products have not been officially registered. It is understood that the only registered manufacturer of Shandong Weifang Wansheng Biological Pesticide Co., Ltd. 1%, 2% Wuyincin aquatic product products (registered crops and control objects are cucumber powdery mildew) temporary registration certificate has been on December 31, 2008 The date expires on October 31, 2011.
