Rapeseed showed different symptoms due to the lack of boron. Symptoms of severe boron deficiency in the seedling stage and the moss stage occur in 10-15 days after transplanting. The root tip of the seedlings produces nodules, the root bark is brown, the root neck is enlarged, the cortex is cracked, and the young leaves are brown. Spread to the point of growth and become a dead seedling. Symptoms of rapeseed in the moss stage, the root neck is enlarged, the cortex is cracked, the leaf is thick and brittle, the leaf edge is rewinded, the leaf surface is uneven, the mesophyll tissue along the vein is yellow, and the leaf fades into purple and blue spots. Symptoms of boron deficiency during flowering are characterized by degeneration of flowers, inability to flower normally, or in the absence of flowers, resulting in malformed pods with only a few large grains of rapeseed. In the later stage, boron deficiency also showed swelling of the roots and necks, longitudinal cracking of the stem cortex, and blue-purple patches on the pods and stems. 
In the prevention and treatment of rapeseed deficiency, in the cultivation technology, first of all, it is necessary to apply organic fertilizer before winter, pay attention to the application of rapeseed fertilizer, increase soil organic matter and effective boron content. The use of wax fertilizer in spring makes the rapeseed have sufficient supply of boron and various nutrients at the peak of boron demand. In the winter, we must strengthen the cultivation and management of rapeseed, to achieve "opening of eight green leaves, eight-inch diameter of the leaf crown, no bolting during the year, no red leaves in the cover field" - winter and spring. Secondly, the borax can be sprayed outside, the borax is dissolved with a small amount of hot water, and 0.2% borax solution is prepared, which is sprayed once in the field seedling stage and the moss stage, and the severe boron deficiency area can be sprayed once again in the initial flowering stage. A laboratory centrifuge is a piece of equipment used to separate components of a mixture based on their density and size. It works by spinning samples at high speeds, which creates a centrifugal force that causes the heavier components to move to the bottom of the tube or container. The lighter components remain at the top or in the supernatant.
Laboratory centrifuges are used in various fields such as biology, chemistry, and medicine. They can be used for DNA extraction, protein purification, cell separation, and blood analysis. They are essential tools in research and diagnostic laboratories.
We have Mini Centrifuge,Low Speed Centrifuge etc.
