1. Feeding trolley and suction cup feeding mechanism
There is an electric trolley on the loading side of the machine. The loading electric trolley can be controlled to run outside the line by button control. After loading the pallets for driving, it will run to the automatic loading position and prepare to execute the automatic program.
The suction cup feeding mechanism is a C-shaped structural part of the automatic feeding part, and the device is equipped with 10 electromagnetic suction cups for sucking and holding the sheet material on the suction cup holder; the series hydraulic cylinder ensures the synchronous lifting of the suction cup holder, and the whole suction cup device The front and rear lateral movement is driven by a horizontal hydraulic cylinder, and the three precision linear guides are guided to run smoothly, ensuring synchronization at both ends.
Electromagnetic chuck working characteristics: positive energization excitation, reverse energization degaussing, (sudden) breaking electromagnetic force to maintain, thus ensuring safety and reliability.
When the electric feeding trolley stops at the designated working position, the suction tray descends from the trolley to suck the sheet, and then rises, transports the sheet horizontally above the loading support roller, and then places the sheet on the loading support roller, and then The suction cup returns to the initial position and waits for the signal to start the next working cycle.
