1, grinding: that is run-in

Diesel is the main fuel of the engine. If the diesel is not pure, it will make the body wear with precision, increase the clearance, cause oil leakage, drip oil, reduce the pressure of oil supply, increase the gap, and even cause blockage of the oil circuit. Watts and other serious failures.

4, inspection: that often check the fastening site

Due to the impact of shock and uneven load during the use of the diesel engine, bolts and nuts are easily loosened. There are also all parts of the adjustment bolts should be checked, so as to avoid damage to the body due to loose accidents.

5, tune: check adjustment

6, use: the correct use of the engine

Before start-up, lubricate the bearing parts such as bearings.

After starting, it should be put into operation when the water temperature reaches 40°C-50°C. Long-term overload or low-speed operation is strictly prohibited. Before stopping the machine, remove the load and reduce the speed. After winter shutdown, except when the water temperature drops to 40°C-50°C, except for the engine where antifreeze has been injected with the net cooling water.
