The accidental fall into the water occurs from time to time, so the safety factor must not be ignored.
In general, there are three main fears of falling into water: injuries, loss of temperature and panic.
(1) Injured. Head injuries can cause serious consequences such as coma and concussion. Major trauma to the body can also lead to fractures, hemorrhages, and other risks. Both of them can affect exercise ability and make it difficult to achieve survival.
(2) Loss of temperature. When the body temperature drops below 35 °C , the human body has entered a state of deprivation, and symptoms such as cold extremities, increased chills, vague words, unresponsiveness, slow heartbeat, unclear consciousness, etc. may occur. After a few hours of hypothermia, the patient may die.
(3) Panic. When a person with poor water quality falls into the sea, he or she often can't calmly find out about the situation in time and take necessary actions away from dangerous reef rocks, stepping on the water, and so on. As a result, it can easily cause injury and drowning, and it may cause asphyxiation, shock, or loss. Ability to move.
So what kind of environment is prone to falling into the sea ? Experienced fishermen have made a detailed summary of the characteristics of dangerous fishing grounds:
1 The terrain is low-level and unobstructed, and large waves can direct people into the sea.
2 The sloped landform with high altitude and low altitude can entangle the angler into the sea, regardless of whether the wave strikes from the front or from the side.
3 Several blocks of big stones converge into the sea. The fisherman leaps through the stones to sew at the ebb or wave, but he returns when the tide rises or surges, and is easily penetrated into the sea when crossing the stone seams.
4 The center of the corner is lowered into a saddle. When a fishing friend walks through it, he is easily thrown into the sea by the rising waves.
5 The rocks protrude into the sea. On one side is an extremely deep bay. Waves come from the other side, and the fisher who stands on it can be driven into the bay.
Behind the towering cliffs, the waves hit from the front or side, hitting the cliffs, and the rewinding waves could roll the fishermen on the rocks.
7 The fishing port breakwater is located on a fire-eliminating pile and it is difficult to stand on it and it is easy to slip into the water.
When selecting a fishing ground, be sure to avoid these dangerous areas. But if you think that it is not to go, please pay attention to the following points:
1 Never go fishing alone, and at least one of your peers is experienced.
2 Never go under the above-mentioned fishing spot in the wrong weather. Be sure to find out the weather, wind direction, wind force and ebb tide moments of the fishing ground before starting. Don't go if there is any sign of insecurity.
3 If there are signs of changing the sky when fishing, please immediately close and leave, do not greedy fishing. These signs include, but are not limited to, changes in wind power, thicker waves, dark clouds, sudden fog, sudden changes in air pressure, and so on.
4 If you do anything, you must face the sea and be alert to the movement of the waves at any time. If any abnormalities are found, immediately withdraw and loudly remind others to pay attention.
5 If the equipment accidentally falls into the sea or slips close to the prone ground, do not rush to salvage or pick up, because the next wave of waves may bring danger to the picker.
6 Absolute wear of life jackets , spiked shoes and, if necessary, helmets, wear them ! Life jacket zippers, straps, spike zippers, shoelaces, helmet straps, etc., must be securely in place, otherwise worn and undressed same. Another life jacket is best equipped with a special high-frequency whistle for survival, in case of emergency.
If you truly fall into the sea, you must be calm. You should surface as soon as possible, free up the reef area where the shore is tumbling , manage to take off your spikes, throw away all extra items ( such as plumbs, coins, etc. ) and interfere with swimming. Clothes, and then keep the body upright and slightly backwards, facing the coast waiting for help.
8 Whether it is for self-help or for salvation, you should choose a place where the water flow is relatively slow and where there is no wave, and do not rush to climb up directly in the sea, or attempt to make waves from sharp waves, narrow indentations, and rough sea currents. Going ashore.
