3.3 Output point test screen
You can switch between the two test screens by turning the page up and down keys.
The auxiliary function keys under the output point test screen are introduced:
Chuck / material 1 / material 2 / feeding / pushing material / mandrel / tailstock / unloading / blanking / blowing: a variety of output test, press the button to close.
3.4 Tool setting screen
You can switch between the two tool setting screens by turning the page up and down keys.
Introduction to the auxiliary function keys under the knife screen:
Memory X1: Memory small wheel mechanical coordinate X and written to MCM parameter #19.
Memory Y1: Memory small wheel mechanical coordinate Y and written to MCM parameter #20.
Memory X2: Memory tool 1 mechanical coordinate X and write MCM parameter #23.
Memory Y2: Memory tool 1 mechanical coordinate Y and write MCM parameter #24.
Memory X3: Memory tool 2 mechanical coordinate X and written to MCM parameter #27.
Memory Y3: Memory tool 2 mechanical coordinate Y and write MCM parameter #28.
Back: Press to return to the manual screen.
3.5 Process selection screen
Programming mode selection: When inputting 0, the system executes the corresponding program according to the graphics selected by the user, and the user cannot select the program by himself; when inputting 1, the user can select the program by himself under the program selection screen.
Workpiece graphic selection: Select the preset shape with the same shape as the workpiece to be machined, output the number in the upper left corner of the graphic, and the program number will be automatically switched to the corresponding program.
Processing mode selection: Enter the corresponding number to select the processing path for single or bilateral infeed, and the program number will be automatically switched to the corresponding program.
The auxiliary function keys under the program selection screen are introduced:
Back: Press to return to the manual screen.
Parameter setting: Press to enter the parameter setting screen. The workpiece pattern selection is different and enters different parameter setting screens.
