Why can the sweets be decompressed? Japanese research team study or prove the reason

According to Japanese media reports on the 18th, the research team of the Institute of Physiology of Japan's Natural Science Research Institute and the University of the Ryukyus released a result a few days ago and said that rats need to lock in the fat and carbohydrate contained in the food which need more relevant nerve cells. .

Professor Yoshihiko Yoshihiko, a professor of neuroendocrinology at the institute, said hopefully: "It helps to find out why people who eat sweets and obesity because of stress are like fat."

According to Etsuto, it has been known so far that in selecting foods, in addition to determining factors such as taste and appearance, there is a function of trying to actively ingest nutrients that are insufficient in the body. However, detailed mechanisms are not known.

The team focused on the fact that experimental rats did not eat food for only one day, and that the carbohydrates stored in the liver were depleted and that they would select carbohydrates when compared to fats on the next meal. It was found that the function of sugar-metabolizing enzymes became active in the brains of rats after fasting.

Upon further investigation, it was found that this enzyme plays a role in "CRH neurons," which are neurons that respond when they feel stressed.

Among the rats that allowed this enzyme to work, even if they did not quit, they would consume more carbohydrates and reduce the amount of fat they consumed. In the experimental rats that controlled the enzyme operation, even after the hunger strike, they did not increase carbohydrate intake and consumed more fat.
