The main faults of the air pump are:
1, the bearing box vibration.
solution
A: The fan shaft is not parallel to the motor shaft, and the pulley groove is misaligned.
B: friction between the casing or air inlet and the impeller;
C: The basic stiffness is not enough or not firm;
D: impeller rivet loose or disc deformation;
E: Looseness of impeller disk and shaft;
F: The connection bolts such as the housing and the bracket, the bearing box and the bracket, the bearing box cover and the seat are loosened;
G: poor installation of air inlet and outlet ducts;
H: Rotor imbalance.
2, bearing temperature is too high.
solution
A: The bearing box vibrates violently;
B: Impairment of grease quality, deterioration, dust, sticky sand, dirt and other impurities;
C: The tightness of the bearing box cover and seat connecting bolt is too large or too small;
D: The shaft and the rolling bearing installation are skewed, and the front and rear bearings are not concentric;
E: Damage to rolling bearings.
3, motor current is too high and temperature rise is too high.
solution
A: The valve or throttle valve in the intake pipe is not closed when driving;
B: The flow rate exceeds the specified value, or the air pipe leaks;
C: The fan transport gas density is too large;
D: The motor input voltage is too low or the power supply is single-phase power-off;
E: affected by the vibration of the bearing housing;
F: The fan's working condition deteriorated or it failed.
