Secondary demolding in injection molded film

Generally, the plastic parts are taken out from the mold cavity, and the complete demolding action is completed once, whether it is a single or multiple ejection mechanism. However, when the shape of the plastic part is complicated, the thin-walled deep cavity, and the plastic part is too strong to be broken or deformed when the mold is released once, the mold release action must be added once again to make the plastic part fall off. This is the secondary demolding mechanism.
