Customers who use the flame retardant should pay attention to the calculation of the ratio of the white material after the addition of the flame retardant, and the flame retardant should be included. At 1:1, 15kg of white matter is added to 15kg of flame retardant, and the amount of black material used is 115kg. In the manual foaming operation, the black and white material is accurately weighed and poured into the container at the same time. After stirring for 8 to 10 seconds with a stirrer of 2000 rpm or more, the foam is poured into the mold, and the time of demolding depends on the product requirements and foam. The thickness and other conditions depend on the specifics.

The isocyanate (commonly known as black material) and the combined polyether (commonly known as white material) must be stored in a sealed container to protect the air from moisture. The isocyanate and combined polyether drum should not be exposed to sunlight. It must be kept away from the heat source and placed in a cool and dry place. If the drum is placed upright, no water should be accumulated on the lid! If the whole barrel cannot be used up at one time, it must be Immediately after use, close the lid to prevent moisture and impurities from entering the barrel and affecting the quality. If more than two grades of polyether are used, they should be stacked and graded. The combination polyether added with ordinary flame retardant should not be stored for too long, and must be used on the same day of the day, otherwise it will easily cause deterioration and affect foaming quality.
