Due to the increase in resistance of rice pests, we have selected several high-efficiency, low-toxic biological pesticides and other agents for field efficacy tests to further screen the drugs, verify the effectiveness of each agent, and provide a basis for field pest control.
1 Materials and methods
1.1 Test crops and control objects test crop rice; control objects for three generations of vertical leafhoppers.
1.2 Test Overview The test was conducted at the Zhangye Rice Base in Xishan District. During the test period (July 26--29, 2003), the weather was fine and the average temperature was higher than 38 °C.
1.3 experimental design (1) with 55% killing - Su 50g ten insecticidal single 75g; (2) using 55% killing Su 100g; (3) using insecticide single 100g; (4) using Ke Yining 80g + insecticidal single 60g; (5) using BT100g ten insecticidal single 75g; (6) CK1 and above treatment with each grain of Qujingning 250ml plus high efficiency big power 20g, 50kg spray control. The test was carried out at 5 pm on July 26, 2003, and the amount of liquid sprayed per mu was 50 kg.
1.4 Investigation time and method 3 days after application, 4 points of each treatment, 5 points per point, total 20 points, calculate the number of leaves and residual live insects, compare with the control area, calculate the leaf loss rate and prevention effect.
2 test results
55% of the killing of Su·50g+ insecticidal single 75g, 55% killing · Su 100g, insecticidal single 100g, Kejinging 80g ten insecticidal single 60g, BT 100g + insecticidal single 75g each treatment after 3d on rice vertical volume Ye Wei has good control effect, and the average insecticidal effects are 95.73%, 90%, 95.42%, 86.46%, and 90.31%, respectively (see table). After the drug was observed, the rice leaves grew normally.
3 Summary and evaluation
3.1 55% killing·Su and other agents have good effects in controlling rice leaf roller, and the control effect is above 86%;
3.2 It is recommended in production that the above formulas can be used reasonably;
3.3 Each treatment is safe for rice leaves.
