There is a special pulley as shown in Figure 1. The pulley requires a slot size of 10_(-0.1)~0mm, and there is a step. The connection between the slot and the step is angled, so it is difficult to size 10_(-0.1)~0. The measurement is accurate. It is necessary to use two Φ9mm cylinders in the belt groove, and then measure with a caliper, which is difficult to detect accurately on the machine tool. To this end, we have improved and manufactured a special caliper as shown in Figure 2, and measured the D_(2) size, as shown in Figure 3.
