6) Laying mortar: Wet the substrate before laying, and brush a cement slurry or interface agent on the substrate, and dry and evenly dry the cement mortar with the brush.
7) Laying granite: Place the granite on the dry mix and level with a rubber mallet, then pick up the granite and pour a proper amount of cement slurry on the dry mix. Apply a cement paste of about 1 mm thick on the back of the granite, place the granite on the flat dry mix, and use a rubber hammer to level the granite against the elevation control line and the square control line.
8) Grouting and wiping: Grouting and grouting should be carried out 1 to 2 days and nights after paving. According to the color of the granite, choose the same color mineral pigment and cement to mix evenly, adjust to 1:1 thin cement slurry, and slowly fill the gap between the granite plates with the pulp pot. The filling is carried out several times, and the flowing cement slurry is scraped into the gap with a long scraper, and the excess slurry is designed and wiped off.
9) Node processing: The two types of stone in this project are laid out in irregular mosaic according to design requirements, and the intersection of different materials is divided into 20mm wide stainless steel strips. Four kinds of node processing schemes can be adopted, and the model open circuit is adopted, and the formal construction plan after large-area deployment is selected according to the appearance and quality of the actual sample construction.
10) Maintenance: After the surface layer is finished, place the enclosure on the side, send someone to look after it, and sprinkle water for no less than 7d.
