Because the greenhouse is tightly closed, the indoor air composition is less affected by the outdoor air circulation, which creates conditions for the addition of carbon dioxide gas fertilizer in the facility. Adding carbon dioxide gas fertilizer, the yield increase effect is very significant, generally can increase production by 30 to 40%. There are many ways to use carbon dioxide gas fertilizer, and the production cost is low and easy to promote.

1. Indoor combustion of biogas

The biogas digesters are built underground in the interior, and the manure and water are fermented to produce biogas according to the required ratio. The plastic pipes are transported to the biogas furnace to ignite the combustion to produce carbon dioxide gas.

2. Sulfuric acid-ammonium bicarbonate reaction method

Hang a plastic bucket every 40 to 50 square meters in the facility, the suspension height is the same as the growth point of the crop. First, put 3 to 3.5 kg of water in the bucket, then slowly add 1.5 to 2 kg of concentrated sulfuric acid to make 30%. Dilute sulfuric acid on the left and right, every morning, after pulling the grasshopper for about half an hour, in each bucket containing dilute sulfuric acid, gently put 200-400 grams of ammonium bicarbonate, sunny and fruiting period, cloudy day It can be added less with other growth stages, and it is not added on cloudy days.

Ammonium bicarbonate should be placed in a small plastic bag. Before it is placed in the acid solution, it should be placed at the bottom of the small bag with 3 to 4 small wires to allow sulfuric acid to enter the bag and react with ammonium bicarbonate to release carbon dioxide.

You must pay attention to using this method:

First, the sulfuric acid must be poured into clean water. It is strictly forbidden to pour clean water into sulfuric acid! To avoid acid splashes, burn crops and operators.

Second, when placing ammonium bicarbonate into the barrel, gently put it in, remember not to splash the acid.

Third, the remaining liquid after the reaction is an aqueous solution of ammonium sulfate. It can be added with more than 10 times of water for other crops. It should not be dumped to avoid wasting and burning crops.

3. Install carbon dioxide generator

The generator is filled with sulfuric acid and ammonium bicarbonate every day, and a chemical reaction is carried out in the generator to release carbon dioxide. The principle is the same as above.

4. Ignition method

Every day between 8 and 10 o'clock in the morning, use a bottomless thin iron barrel, the bottom of the barrel is made of thick iron wire for the furnace strip, and the barrel is ignited with dried wood firewood to burn and release carbon dioxide. When igniting, one must do: full combustion of oxygen and open flame, prevent harmful gases such as carbon monoxide from harming crops; second, let the stove move on the indoor working road to avoid high temperature baking; third, strict control of burning time, 350-500 In a square meter greenhouse, the burning time should not exceed 30 minutes at a time to avoid excessive amounts of harmful gases generated during combustion and harm crops.

The ignition method can not only produce carbon dioxide, but also increase the indoor temperature and reduce the humidity of the air.
