Dynamic pressure bearing selection method:
1, deep and shallow cavity layout dynamic pressure bearing: suitable for high-speed light-load machine tool spindle; such as M1432 cylindrical grinding, MGA6025 things grinding and so on.
2, hole type torus to save deep and shallow cavity dynamic pressure bearing: suitable for medium speed medium load machine tool spindle; such as MG1432 cylindrical grinding, MM7150 flat grinding, M1080 centerless grinding, roll grinding and so on.
3. Pin-type internal reaction dynamic pressure bearing: suitable for machine tool spindle with large load and speed change.
4. Conical hydrostatic bearing: suitable for high-speed internal grinding head spindle system (such as 2110 inner grinding head), electric spindle, and inner channel grinding machine.
