Haiyue shares tens of millions of dollars to introduce propane dehydrogenation technology

Haiyue shares announced today that the company's 1.38 million tons of propane and hybrid carbon four utilization projects have progressed. Ningbo Haiyue New Materials Co., Ltd., a controlling subsidiary of the company, has signed a "Ningbo propane dehydrogenation unit with Lnmmus Technology Inc." Technical licensing and engineering service contracts, Lums grants Ningbo Haiyue a non-exclusive right to use Rums technical information and patent rights in propane dehydrogenation units in Ningbo, China. For the granted licensing and process design services, the price paid by Ningbo Haiyue to Lums is not more than US$10 million.
