However, for a long time, in the structural design of the pressure sensor, various manufacturers and scientific research units mainly adopt the circular plate type pressure sensor and the barrel type pressure sensor structure. Practice has proved that these two types of pressure sensors have their shortcomings. The main problems are as follows: First, the accuracy is not high and can not meet the needs of high-precision measurement. For example, the nonlinear, hysteresis and non-repetition indicators can only reach 0.1. Between 0.2% FS; the second is inconvenient to process; for circular plate pressure sensors, in order to ensure good sealing performance of the sensor, the elastomer must be matched with the threaded fittings before welding; In the process, if the elastomer of the strain gauge patch has been welded, the foil resistance strain gauge is often affected by the high temperature, and the performance index of the sensor is lowered. For the barrel pressure sensor, if the concentricity and concentricity of the inner and outer circles of the elastic cylinder are slightly deviated during the machining process, the zero point will continue to drift; and for different ranges of pressure sensors under the same inner diameter conditions The outer diameters are different, which causes troubles in the design and use of the patch holder. In the case of cylindrical machining, it is difficult to ensure the symmetry and concentricity of the elastomer even with special fixtures.
