Article 1. All deep-hole hydrostatic injection or deep-hole hydrodynamic pressure injection must be applied to all coal mining facets. Special circumstances must be approved by the company without water injection. Comprehensively promote the high-pressure water injection technology of shallow-hole coal wall and add infiltration water injection technology, and fundamentally improve the water injection effect of working face coal seam.

1. Before each coal mining face is harvested, a dust-proof design for the water injection of the coal seam must be prepared; design content: drilling rig selection, hole depth, hole spacing, number of permeating rods per hole, raw natural moisture and water to be reached after water injection The increase rate and other content.

2. The coal mining surface with deep hole water injection should not be less than 50m deep. For coal mining face with a slope length of 100m or more, water injection must be carried out in both directions of wind and machine lanes to eliminate blank spots in coal seam water injection.

3. The coal mining surface with shallow hole high pressure water injection shall have a hole depth greater than one round of coal mining propulsion, and the water pressure of the outburst coal seam shall not be greater than 10Mpa, and the lead distance shall be less than 3m.

4. Take coal mining surface with deep hole water injection. Before mining, all water injection holes must be flushed. The water injection hose and the dust prevention pipeline must all be combined. Install the meter and water pressure meter and put in a certain number of infiltration rods. Welded coal wet in advance, the mine can be produced only after passing the acceptance check.

5. Sprinkler pipes must be laid in the simple top coal face, and a set of sprinkler devices must be provided every 10m so that the coal can be sprinkled with water and dust at the same time.

6. Each water-injection working surface must be sampled and analyzed periodically to analyze the rate of increase of water; there must be a graph showing the change of dust concentration in each process during the whole process of coal mining before and after water injection.

Article 2. Wet drilling shall be adopted in the blasting and mining face, and mud shall be used. Before and after blasting, the wall of the lane shall be flushed and the coal shall be sprinkled.

Article 3 The coal mining machine must have internal and external spraying for the fully mechanized coal mining face; The spray pressure in the shearer shall not be less than 2Mpa, the external spray pressure shall not be less than 1.5Mpa, and the spray flow rate shall match the model. If the internal spraying device can not spray normally, the external spraying pressure must not be less than 4Mpa, and the water or spray device must be shut down when it is damaged.

Article IV. The coal opening of the hydraulic support and top coal mining coal working face must be installed with a spraying device, and the simultaneous spraying when the column is lowered, the frame is moved, or the coal is discharged. The crusher must be equipped with dust cover and spray device or dust collector.

Article 5. The dustproof devices such as sprays, enclosures, or dust removers must be installed at the upper and lower ports of the coal seam and the crusher at the point where the coal mining machinery is transferred. When self-smooth coal is used, spray should be sprayed into the coal body.

Article 6: The air screen for the purification of the coal working face shall be within 30m to 50m from the working face.

Article 7. All spray facilities must be fully installed before the coal face is put into operation. Fully-mechanized caving coal face should be equipped with full-time dustman.
