Therefore, many flexible packaging equipment still rely on imports. Due to the strong demand for biaxially stretched film in China, many manufacturers are preparing to introduce it. These high-tech production lines, China has not yet been able to produce a manufacturer, the introduction is also a step-by-step biaxial stretching line. This fully shows that China's equipment manufacturing industry is lagging behind.

(2) In the raw and auxiliary materials, China is still unable to produce blown film grade nylon resin. The biaxially stretched nylon film is processed by foreign imported resin and equipment, and the adhesive resin used in coextrusion compound production (Tires) There are no manufacturers in China, although some research units are researching and developing, but they are still unsuccessful. K coatings and PVDC resin (blown film) materials, EVAL, PAN, etc. have not yet supplied domestic particles, and they are all imported. Even Surlyn and MPE particles are imported. To this end, the output of China's resin can not only meet the needs of domestic processing industry, must import more than 5 million tons per year, and the variety and brand of resin is lacking.

(3) The quality, intrinsic performance and appearance of soft plastic packaging products (bags) have a certain gap compared with foreign countries. For example, the shelf life of high-temperature retort pouches is 6 months for domestically better manufacturers, and more than one year for transparent foreign countries and more than two years for opacity. The product form is single, generally only three-side sealing pockets, and foreign packaging bags in various forms, including stand-up pouches, pillows, kinks, PTP medicinal packaging. At present, soft packaging heated by microwave ovens abroad is popular, and we should consider this new packaging structure.
